Vinea
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
John 15:4

What is Vinea?
“Vinea” is Latin for “vineyard” – a place of cultivation, and growth. As mothers we must tend our own hearts in Christ, knowing that we cannot nurture others unless we are first rooted in the True Vine.
Vinea is a gathering of mothers committed to growing in faith, wisdom, and friendship. We meet weekly on Tuesdays for prayer, coffee, and fellowship while caring for the youngest siblings (toddlers), with a book club held on the last Tuesday of each month. On Wednesdays we gather during apologetics time for prayer, Bible study, coffee, and meaningful conversation.
What to Expect
Tuesdays: While the students are in Latin and Literature, mothers meet for prayer, coffee, and time caring for the youngest siblings (toddlers and little ones). On the last Tuesday of each month, we hold our book club instead, focusing on works that nourish faith, deepen our vision for classical Christian education, or encourage us as wives and mothers. Books will be announced at the start of each term.
Wednesdays (during the first hour of co-op): We gather for prayer, Bible study, coffee, and meaningful conversation.
Come as you are, with your questions, your joys, and your weariness – we'll provide the coffee. This is a space where iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17) and where we remember that our first calling is to abide in Christ so that His life flows through us to our families and fellowship.
